The agreement
Facto Suite is provided by ElevateIQ Digital. Where a signed contract exists between us, that contract governs and these terms fill any gap it leaves rather than overriding it.
Your account
You are responsible for who you give access to and for what they do with it. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised so we can revoke its sessions.
Your data is yours
You keep ownership of everything you put into the system. We claim no licence over it beyond what is needed to run the service for you, and you can export it.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability and will tell you in advance about planned maintenance. Any uptime commitment is the one written in your contract, not a figure on a marketing page.
Ending it
Either side can end the agreement on the notice set out in the contract. On termination we make your data available for export before deleting it. Write to info@elevateiqdigitals.com and we will respond within one working day.
