For enquiries made through this site we are the data controller. For data your organisation puts into a Facto Suite application, your organisation is the controller and we are the processor acting on its instructions.
Lawful basis
Enquiries are handled on the basis of legitimate interest in replying to you, and on contract once we are working together. We do not rely on consent for marketing because we do not run marketing sequences.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. We do not charge for these and we do not make them difficult.
Transfers
Data is processed in India. Where a sub-processor operates elsewhere, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses.
