Invoicing is built for Indian GST: the CGST, SGST and IGST split follows the place of supply, HSN codes sit on the line, and totals are frozen onto the document so a later rate change never rewrites an issued invoice.
Data protection
We build to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act and to GDPR principles: collect only what is needed, keep it only as long as it is needed, and be able to show what is held and delete it on request.
Records
Documents that have been issued are immutable. Corrections are made by raising a credit note or an amendment, so the trail shows what happened rather than what it was changed to.
Audits
