Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance for the agreed term. If you cancel mid-term, the service runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew.
When we refund
If we fail to deliver what was agreed, or the service is unusable for a sustained period through our fault, we refund the affected period. We would rather refund than argue about it.
Implementation work
Setup, migration and custom development are billed for the work done. Anything not yet started is refundable.
