Action list

When to use it
Groups each sit under a small coloured glyph; a row is a chevron, a label and a count. Every row opens the filtered list it counts (href or onSelect); a row with neither is a plain row, never a link that goes nowhere. A zero is shown, quieter, rather than hidden: an empty queue is news, and rows that come and go make the panel impossible to learn. attention colours a non-zero count (below reorder level, overdue). Replace hand-rolled "needs attention" count lists with it.
